How do I know the imei number for a phone I’ve lost

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the EE Community,

If you call customer services on freephone 0800 956 6000 option 2 option 4 they will be able to see what IMEI number was last used with your account they will also be able to order you a new sim card if you require one.
