IPhone 14 Pro Max - no email confirmation

I ordered my iPhone 14 Pro Max, deep purple, 164gb at the start of the month (October) and I still haven’t received any confirmation emails stating potential times or anything.
I’m aware there is a back order and low stock but how can I not even get a window or confirmation that I’m paying for a new phone.
I would like be sent one with a thought time window (and no it’s not in my junk mail or whatever I’ve checked)

Could you confirm which memory size you chose please so that I can check the current estimated timescale? 164GB isn't one of the options.

Thanks, @A_Grey_Panda. I thought it might have been, but didn't want to assume which one you meant.
The current estimate for the iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB Deep Purple is to 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'. That is all we have to go off at the moment.
We will clear orders in the order in which they were placed as we receive stock from the manufacturer.
