SIM card not provisioned - in new iphone

Hi
i have put an old SIM card from iPhone 11 into a iPhone 13. Consistently states SIM CARD NOT PROVISIONED.
Any suggestions please 🙏🏾

@Mimi14 Try a network reset on the device.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
