I paid 13.50 pounds and still got no 4g

I paid 13.50 pounds online for 4g and unlimited calls and texts. I haven’t received anything. The company stole my money. What do I do now?

Try restarting your device.

Then text BA to 150. What does it say.

@rasharamsey  When did you pay this ?   Is this a contract or PAYG ? Are you currently a EE customer?
