I must say that I am rather disappointed With the iPhone 14 pro max. Not as good as I thought it would be and to be honest I prefer my 13 pro. Anyone else disappointed with their experience of the new iPhone 14 pro max?

Welcome to the community,

Did you shop online or over the phone? If so you do have 14 day cooling off period, and can return the phone and go back to your previous one. No cooling off period if bought at an EE high street shop.

What have you found disappointing with this new phone?

I am still using the pro max 12.
