I appreciate you taking the time to let us know @KN90

The points scam encourages you to hand over your details, however it shouldn't affect the ability to use your phone, even if you've entered any details.

If you have a spare charger, could you try using that to charge your phone, then check if it turns on please?

Hi @KN90

I am sorry to hear you are unable to turn your phone on after you have received a scam message.

Did you click on any links provided in the Scam message?

You can try and force a restart by quickly pressing and releasing the volume up button, then volume down, then press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears.

When you plug your charger into the phone does the charging battery symbol appear?

Thanks

Ritu

Out of interest, what was contained within the text message?

It would be unusual for a simple text message to cause these symptoms.
