Hi there,
I'm in Australia at the moment and have just purchased an Honest Mobile eSim, I paid for it, started the process of installing it, but I've hit a hurdle. Halfway through the installation I get the following messgae, "This eSim is not compatible with this iPhone. Contact your network provider for more information"
I have an iPhone 11, which should be compatible, what shoud I do? I can't communicate direct with EE, I'm in Oz, and there seems to be no WhatsApp number, no emal etc. i can't call them as I'm in Oz?

@S1monJohn : You can just apply for unlocking by using the Unlocking your device form and giving its IMEI no., which you can obtain be dialling *#06# into its keypad. Is that what you did?

So I now see that my phone IS locked to EE, although I'm sure that I had a conversation a couple of years ago and requesting it to be unlocked, moving forward, I need this unlocking ASAP, can I request this online? I can't call or text as I'm in Australia!
