Faulty 15 Pro Max Speaker

Hi

Had my phone since 4th December and one of the speakers is intermittent keeps going off and coming back

If i request a return with EE do they replace the phone or revert me back to re upgrade ?

I will be getting the same deviice

4th December is outside the statutory 14days "change of mind" right of return so you are now within the initial 30day period where a brand-new replacement is the usual process.

Make sure the speaker is faulty by providing it on different apps/functions.
