Apple Watch SE keeps showing unable to configure to mobile plan

@Toja1  Is this a new watch that you’re trying to setup ?   Are you a contract customer with your iPhone ? This includes a sim only contract.  

You can not setup a cellular watch with a tariff if your a PAYG customer.   All cellular watches have to be linked to a contract phone.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No the watch isn’t new I’ve had it for 2 years I think but I’m trying to connect the mobile plan to my new phone that I got recently and it’s not letting me, and yeah I have a contract with EE
