I am sorry to hear you are having some issues sending e-mails and did not get a promised callback.
Is your e-mail address an @btinternet.com one? If you have left BT Broadband then your BTInternet address would be moved to a basic e-mail address.
Have you tried accessing and sending e-mails from webmail by logging into your e-mail inbox on Secure Authentication (bt.com) and does it work sending from there?
Is it BT tech support who you have been phoning regarding this issue?

Who is your email provider? What have you put as the Outgoing Server settings (all of them) in your Mail app, obscuring your name?

Hello again.
2 people replied to my query regarding the fact that since being put onto EE I can no longer send emails (although can receive them)
But I can’t find where to go on here to reply to these responses… and … I can’t email them because I CANT SEND EMAILS!!! That’s the problem!!! I don’t know whether to laugh or cry!!!
BT is my internet provider
I can’t send emails on the BT webpage either, it is not coming up with a button that says “compose “
