Wanting to switch one of my inclusive extras to Apple TV Plus

Hi there!

I upgraded my mobile number to a Full Works plan at the tail end of July. The full works plan includes three inclusive extras. Currently, I have Apple Music, Roam Abroad Pass and Netflix selected.

I want to change Apple Music to Apple TV Plus, I am struggling to figure out how. When I try and change it using the EE app, the only options available to me are TNT Sports and Xbox GamePass Ultimate.

I have explored the EE website, Apple TV Plus and other inclusive extras are available. So, I am wondering how I may switch to Apple TV Plus.

Any help will b greatly appreciated!

There are two types of Full Works plan available and they do have different inclusive extras on each. There is a specific iPhone Full Works plan and an Android Full works plan.

With the iPhone Full Works plan you get Apple One (Apple Music, Apple TV+,Apple Arcade, iCloud+) and the Roam Abroad Pass. It sounds like you are on the Android version of the plan which has the options of Netflix, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Apple Music, TNT Sports, Microsoft 365 and the Roam Abroad Pass.

That is why you will not have the option of Apple TV Plus as an inclusive extra. It is possible to change your plan to the other version if needed though you would then not have Netflix as an option.

You may be eligible for a 6 months free trial of Apple TV + which you can check by texting TV PLUS to 150 from your phone.

That's quite a tricky one. I did not know that I would have to give up on Netflix if I want Apple TV Plus 🤔

Appreciate that you shared the list of inclusive extras available to me. Strangely, the only one missing to me is Microsoft 365.

The main reason I want to change Apple Music is because I am already paying for Apple Music Family directly to Apple. Is there any way to convert the Apple Music inclusive extra to the Family version? If so that will be great and I can cancel my subscription with Apple.

@Phoenix786 Ah I see, Apple Music Family is not available to upgrade to via the EE subscription only the single subscriber plan. That is the same on the iPhone plan with Apple One included as well.

Is that the same on the website as well as app regarding the Microsoft 365 option?
