Whatsapp issues

I have an iPhone 13 recently it has stopped allowing me to use send pictures unless connected to my home Wi-Fi. Will not work over data. Please help

If I upgrade to the iPhone 15 do I still have to pay for my iPhone 14 pro max for another year on top of the iPhone 15 contract 

Apple One

I have the Business Full Works Package, but my account now says it isn’t active anymore and my free trial with EE has ended.I thought Apple One was available all the time on the full works package

Sim issue with new phone

Changed sim from one Apple to device to another and sim stopped working. Ordered a new sim but that also doesn’t work.Tried the activate new sim form on EE.co.uk and it says it will text an activation code to the phone but the phone cannot receive it...

Resolved! Iphone Keypad not working

When I call voicemail or 150 the key pad on my iPhone 14 isn't being recognised by the system - so I'm unable to choose any options. Is there a fix for this? I've tried restarting my phone.
