Can’t make calls with new phone

I bought an iPhone and put the new sim in that is on the same account as my other phone number - everything comes up okay but can’t make or receive calls. Does anyone know why this might be?

EE honoring perk discount codes on annual upgrades

Good to see EE are allowing you to use perk discount codes for annual upgrades when trading in your phone as this wasn’t allowed previously I believe. Helps a lot so instead of £99 a month it’s now £79 a month for me. hopefully EE carry this on going...
