Have you actually updated your email address? If you have online, I would suggest speaking to customer service to update your email address, as it is vital for receiving information from them, also when receiving updates from DPD as to when your order will be delivered.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.
