Cant make or receive calls

HI, I have upgraded my phone to an iPhone 13, and now cannot make or receive any calls etc.  I have no signal where we live so cannot call 150.  Does anyone know how to get my phone working again?  I have also reset it again and reinstalled it, hoping it would work but still no luck

HI, Im aware this post is old, did you manage to get it sorted?  As im having the exact issue.

I am sorry you are having an issue with signal on your new phone. What is the SIM situation with the new phone, do you have a physical SIM or eSIM? 

If its physical did you get a new SIM with the phone or have you moved the SIM from your old phone to the new phone? If its eSIM did you transfer your eSIM to the phone during setup?

Were you able to make & receive calls on your old phone?
