Cancel contract. Very disappointing

Good afternoon , I do not understand how the EE service works, especially what the functionality of the brunch  is. The situation is this: since January, an additional service has been added and this doubles. I came to the EE office twice, they turned it off for me, but this additional service is again in my bill for payment. Also, the contract ended in May and I went to another mobile operator, but I received an invoice for payment again. I had a debt, I paid it, otherwise without this I could not have switched to another operator, but now I am receiving a notification about the debt again.

Could you please let us know a bit more about what sort of plan you took out here, and what service it was you were being charged extra for? 

Also when you changed providers, did you specifically contact us to request cancellation?
