I got the new I phone 14pro last week and the i has no signal. I tried with my old sim and it wasn’t letting me call or text anyone but it had signal, so when I spoke to someone over from EE they sent out a new sim. However, since then it has no signal. Once the new sim came I have tried to activate it but can’t because I’m not able to receive the text message with the PIN code.

Could you try restarting your phone this morning please? Hopefully it should have all gone through by now.
