Hi everyone.

Ive just ordered an iPhone 14 pro and have seen people have issues with the SIM card. Can I just use my current EE sim in the new phone or does it have to be an e sim.

Welcome to the community,

Yes, you just put your original SIM card in the new phone, you do not need a replacement SIM card.

Once you have done that, if you want an e-sim instead, you can do this via the My EE App and apply for it there.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
