Hello,

I've been with EE for a few months now and I only have a SIM card with EE, my current phone's screen is broken and I was looking to get a phone added to my plan but when I have selected to see Pay Monthly option on the website it popped up with that message, is there a problem with my account that I cannot get a phone? I've had relatives and friends that were able to so I'm confused.

What you would want to do in this scenario is Upgrade, not add a new product, as this would mean paying for a second plan that you will be unable to use.

Upgrades to handset plans are usually available after 6 months for New SIM Only customers depending on payment history.
