“Call ended” error

Dear All, 

i have iphone 13, and i just came back from overseas holiday but my phone does not work. As soon as i call somewhere it shows ‘call ended’ immediately. Please help me. Thanks

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yes, i even restarted network through setting.
