Hi so my phone just stopped working , I rang EE to see what the issue was they said my phone has been black listed but there is no reason listed , bill our paid phones not reported lost or stolen .
I need the phone for work but I need to travel tomorrow.
I have to ring back tomorrow but I have no signal … because the phone has been blacklisted .

has any one had this ?

Is the phone originally yours through a contract? If it is registered on your account and it has been blacklisted in error it can be removed by customer services.

If it is a second hand device it could be reported lost/stolen by the original owner.
