How to permanently delete emails from unknown sources also setting up accounts

I have been receiving unwanted probably rude pictures on email. Although I keep blocking them I haver never opened them they still appear in my junk box. How can I stop them actually getting to my phone. I have an SE iPhone 6. I require step by step instructions to correct this.

Also for some unknown reason I’m unable to set up an account to pay for swimming. When it asks for details although I provide my name it keeps asking please provide a valid name date etc. what am I doing wrong? I require step by step instructions to correct this. Neither my iPad or iPhone allow me to do this!

If they are generally from same same email addy you can block that addy.
