Good morning I ordered a iPhone 15 blue yesterday it’s in a back order but the lady said I’ll receive it with in the 7 days but it says it will be dispatched in 24 hours

There may have been a 7 day expected dispatch timescale when you placed your order, but this could have possibly changed. If you could let me know which memory size you requested, I can check the current guidance for this for you.

The iPhone 15, 256GB in Blue, is currently showing 'usually dispatched within 7 days'.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a text or email from DPD, or a notification in the DPD app if you have this, when the phone is with them and ready for delivery.
