Hi, I’m looking to upgrade my Apple Watch bot I get free Apple Watch data with my current phone plan and don’t want to be paying twice.. Any advice?

You can purchase a SIM free Apple watch at Apple Smart Watches | SIM free | EE which you can then connect using the inclusive watch data that you may have included with your main phone plan.

However, you've mentioned upgrading your watch, so If you already have an existing separate Apple Watch plan just be sure to also cancel this at the end of it's minimum term too.
