Anyone else having problems with EE in relation to the delivery of the series 8? Pre ordered mine yesterday and was told that over the phone it will be delivered on launch day.  Spoke to EE again this morning and it’s now changed to 3 weeks!

I'm starting to get quite upset at EE. I preordered mine on the 11th September and still have had no communication from EE. Every time I contact I get the same reply 'we have your order but it hasn't been picked yet'. That's not very helpful is it?

It's the fact I've had to pry any information about my order from EE, instead of them just simply keeping me in the loop that's driving me insane!
