Apple Watch series 8 delivery

Anyone else having problems with EE in relation to the delivery of the series 8? Pre ordered mine yesterday and was told that over the phone it will be delivered on launch day.  Spoke to EE again this morning and it’s now changed to 3 weeks!

I’ve binned EE, gone with 02. No upfront fee for the the watch and it came today.

They said the same to me. I got in touch with them on live & they gave me a DPD number

Confirmed by DPD my 41mm red Apple Watch that I ordered on the 13th is coming this afternoon. I had to ask EE for my tracking as delivery notifications were going to the number registered to the Watch. The EE online tracking is still showing nothing as well but it’s coming.

Needless to say that my tracker been showing dispatch expected within 24hrs for over 24hrs now.

Customer service are useless and Exec team haven't responded to my email. @Leanne_T picks and chooses who she responds to.

That is very poor, Agreed. I still haven’t had a date, DPD number, no real news.
I still will give EE benefit of doubt, that Apple are struggling to make enough of them, but the lack of information and updates is inecusable.
