Any news on Apple Watch series 10 preorders from EE?

I’ve just found out that DPD tried to deliver something that I’m assuming is my watch at 8:30am but I’m already at work and my partner was still in bed so they’re coming again on Monday. It’s annoying that if I’d had some way to track it I could’ve avoided this but not much I can do now. If you haven’t got an order number yet it might be worth speaking to the guides to see if you can get a way to track your order. I ordered mine in the 12th.

also, I have the DPD app but it never updated with the order in there either which I’ve never had happen before so it seems EE are the only way to find out what’s going on

I ordered the same thing on the 11th and have not received any communication aside from the email with the xko order number

Hello i preordered my apple watch series 10 in store i haven’t heard anything at all can i call the store and ask when they’ll receive it or is it just a waiting game because there’s none in stock apparently when i called support earlier

Did recently receive the email citing that “your order is on track” and we are awaiting your expected delivery date? I received it yesterday thought that may be I would get it on Saturday but no chance I am sure now next week we would be able to hear from them it happens everyday so yeah we are used to now!

So I’ve had my watch delivered. DPD tried to deliver on Saturday and I happened to be home. He asked me for a PIN that I didn’t have, he was kinda rude about the whole thing but essentially told me I can’t have it without the pin so I need to ring DPD and left. He showed me the end of the phone number that the pin had been sent to and I realised it was the number assigned to my old Apple Watch. Obviously I was pretty annoyed so after struggling to work out who to call at DPD I rang EE and essentially had to start a new order and cancel the original one. Weirdly enough this was on Saturday so it appears they still had stock to send out, they said I’d receive it on Monday guaranteed but it actually showed up on Sunday. 

TLDR; DPD sent tracking info to Apple Watch number so I didn’t have access to the PIN. Might be worth a call to EE to check if you still haven’t had any info
