Hi!
I have an Apple Watch that was out of contract in December 2025 , but I am still being charged monthly. Can I cancel the plan immediately?

I have a applewatch plan which is now out of contract and have recently changed my main contract to essentials plus sim unlimited max plan which claims to include Applewatch (instead of having a separate one) but I cannot see that option in the app. I also have the following issues regarding esim registration: due to issues with resetting my iphone recently my old applewatch lost its esim, I have since got a new applewatch which i wish to use instead, but on using the replace option in the watch app it says i need to call you, I tried calling 150 option3 (there were only 2 options) yesterday but your tech support person was far more interested in upselling me ee broadband than actually assisting me with what i called for.
I cannot find an option in the app to cancel my current 10gb a month £10 a month applewatch plan which is out of contract and i havent been able to use in about a month. so I can start using the included one in my new contract.

Hi @dallinga
Welcome to our community.
I'm sorry you haven't had the help you need when you called our technical team. If your issue is not resolved when you speak to our team, you can ask to open a complaint and escalate this to be investigated further.
The existing watch plan can be cancelled by a guide over the phone if it is no longer needed.
