Hi all,

Similar to the 14 pro tracking thread i thought it would be useful for us all to track our orders on Apple Watch Ultra. I ordered on 11th Oct - Apple Watch Ultra 49mm Black Gray TrailLoop M/L.

Please post your updates on here so we can check progress and developments with the delivery process.

I got told the same line about it being in warehouse. Then 5 days later it was out of stock again! Laughable back to “maximum of 28 days” again now.

Delivery fee refunded and some money off next bill for the inconvenience so far. At this stage just hoping for a text off DPD before end of November!

Hi, I ordered the Apple Watch Ultra 49mm black/grey trail loop M/L over week ago, although I had to call in again as they changed my address details and email to something completely different, which meant cancelling my order and ordering again, like most no communication what do ever, and after reading all the posts I fear mine like every one else’s is somewhere other than where it should be

 the communication updates on this are ridiculous and for a leading communication company it’s just to stupid to laugh at

i wonder if I would have better luck with the lottery lol

I wouldn’t worry about that, although the communication isn’t great. The last dispatch for that strap was people who ordered on 9th Sept. I ordered it on 10th Sept and have heard nothing. So it might be quite a wait. Apple have been quoting middle of Nov for quite a while and they fulfil their orders first with limited quantities set to fulfil other partners orders.

Not a good experience and I have been with EE since the orange days

First order attempt I was informed it would be a Monday delivery and that was on a Wednesday, but he changed all my details to the wrong ones

second helper said two weeks!!

Although I’m sure it’s nonsense, just wanted to inform people

i have ordered the black grey trail loop m/l

ordered 5th October. Called to customer services a few times and been told 4/3/2 weeks. Rang on Sunday to be told within 7 days and then rang again yesterday just to see if they’d confirm this and was also told the same (within 7 days) now I don’t think for a second it will come in that timeframe but fingers crossed that we all get ours soon!

Order placed in the 16th October for the green alpine loop medium as it was supposed to be available within 14 days. Yesterday on the live chat a guy told me it would be dispatched within 2 days. Decided to put a call in today to double check and have been told it’s due to be dispatched within 7 days so definitely mixed messages. I’m tending to more believe the lady I spoke to rather that the live chat person.

Update on my AWU Black Grey Trail loop M/L ordered 8th of October. No tracking or queue details can be given from customer service on pre-orders and I will receive a text when in stock and a further text from DPD when shipped. 
Really friendly customer service chap, who obviously didn’t have any details to share. Doing their best with the information they have everyone - bear with them. 
Did anyone receive a text when it arrived in stock? 
My watch is a business order which has a totally different warehouse than personal orders so may be different for others.

Just got my message from the DPD app that my Black Grey Trail loop M/L will be delivered tomorrow 

ordered mine 11/9  only received 5 emails saying order is on track from ee then stopped,

have just checked the tracking number on the ee site still says awaiting date ,

so the only information you get that your watch is coming is from DPD app  ,

Same here notification on dpd app for an ee parcel being notified to dpd. Let’s keep fingers crossed 🤞 

I don’t think the ee tracking site is updating mine still says awaiting confirmation.
