**Apple Watch Ultra Pre Order Tracking Thread**

Hi all,

Similar to the 14 pro tracking thread i thought it would be useful for us all to track our orders on Apple Watch Ultra. I ordered on 11th Oct - Apple Watch Ultra 49mm Black Gray TrailLoop M/L.

Please post your updates on here so we can check progress and developments with the delivery process.

That is exactly what they did to me, removed the number and changed my email address

so i had to cancel the first order and create a second ??

i wish they would get it right, there are so many fed-up people on here

update from me due to be delivered between 11:30 - 12:30 tomorrow

I originally ordered my watch on 2nd of October. I called on the 12th to check if there was ETA and the chap I spoke too, told me if I cancelled my order for my trail loop and ordered the alpine loop instead I would have it in a week. I was such an idiot to believe this.

It's 3 weeks on now from my second order and still no update or ETA. Now I get a strap I don't really want and no idea when I'm getting my watch.

Not really happy about the not knowing and poor communication.

What difference will it make if you complain?

EE is not short on finding new customers and making adverts with Kevin Bacon!

So, spoke with the lovely customer service at EE. Very helpful and they updated my address with DPD.

Great.

Thought I’d just check with DPD that they have the updated address.

After 60 mins waiting to talk to someone, they informed me that they can not confirm as the depot is closed.

Amazing.

I then asked that as I have had the DPD app and account, with my full address, a contact number, a what 3 words location, a pin drop on the map, and a photo of my house, does the driver have access to that info to help find the property?

Their answer, no.

What a joke.

Fingers crossed that it has been updated and I’ll see my watch, finally, tomorrow!

Just received a notification on the DPD app that my watch will be delivered tomorrow. Nothing showing on the EE order tracking link. Looks like there is stock being made available within the UK as Amazon are showing availability for next day delivery as well.

I got a tracking number that states I am receiving mine today too. I had to chase it because I saw it was dispatched online - but didn't get a text from EE nor is it showing on the DPD app despite having all my credentials in there.

I ordered my M/L black trail loop on the 8th.

Well amazed to say the least, got tracking information to say would be delivered today

and it was 10 minutes ago

@Mijmangreg  I was 2 weeks in on a pre-order when I called in and EE customer support said I could get my order in a week if I cancelled my order and ordered a different strap. That was on the 12/10/2022.

Same boat as you, completely not true!

one thing to point out guys, i am having to request an upgrade to ios 16 as that what the watch is asking for
