Apple Watch Ultra 3

Hi, Wondered if someone could assist pre-ordered the Apple Watch Ultra 3 in titanium with a Milanese loop on the 13th of June, it’s now the 3rd of October and getting no updates. When I look at order details just get more than 28 days! That’s just an indefinite timescale could be another month, 3 months or even longer have called customer service no one can help and parm me off to here… filled in a complaint form over a week and half ago and no response just find all this totally unacceptable. I don’t mind waiting but would just like an approximate timescale MORE THAN 28 DAYS is not acceptable. If you order from anywhere else like Apple, Vodafone, Curry’s and O2 you get an actual timescale with Apple being 7-10 days biggest regret was going through EE with a non existent complaint policy and poor customer service

I'm sorry you have not heard anything from the complaints team since you opened the complaint. 

Our mobile guides can check the complaint and give you an update if you get in touch. If the complaint has been closed, you can complete the online form within 28 days and this will re-open the complaint and one of the team will get this looked into.

You have done the correct thing by complaining. Other than speaking to EE CS again or cancelling maybe?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Timescales can vary depending on the model and the level of demand received, but we'll always aim to fulfill these on a first come, first served basis as soon as we receive stock. 

You're certainly welcome to complain if you're unhappy with how things have been handled here, and whilst it may not be possible to bring your delivery forward, they'll make sure to look into every option available for getting this resolved.
