iPhone 17 Pro Max shipping confirmation.

Has anybody else not received any form of confirmation? 

I have the email to confirm my order with a reference number, but when trying to track the progress it times out. 

I called EE earlier in this afternoon to find out what is going on, simply told I’ll receive confirmation today. Still nothing, still unable to track using my ref.

I’m in the same position — I’ve had no confirmation either. I got the initial order email with a reference number, but like you, when I try to track it, it just times out.

I called EE this afternoon to chase it up and the experience was absolutely shocking. The agent I spoke with was rude, offered no help at all, and actually laughed when I asked to log a complaint. It’s really poor service, especially for customers who ordered on launch day.

I’m in the same position. I pre-ordered the 17PM 256GB Blue on the 12th, got order confirmation but radio silence since. 

Ive spoken to three people at EE support and gotten three different stories. The last one said 21-28 days for delivery if you’ve heard nothing yet so… that’s it for now.

i spoke to them today, was told i ordered it on sunday 14th when i actually ordered it on the fridays as i have an email stating so, EE guy checked and comfirmed i ordered it on the 12th but looks like over 28 days for deliver to which he then suggested i cancel the order as he wouldnt wait that long

This is very poor communication by EE everyone is waiting for there new I phones to be delivered from Sep 19th. Yet no confirmation no nothing. They should be able give us a date for delivery not Happy

Total shambles mate I feel your pain 

I rang today, when i checked out stated delivery on release date( have screen shot)

Was told Pro Max not released yet and will recieve within 28 days then hung up on me! Was on hold 40 mins so couldn't be bothered to call back, but I will, would of gone elsewhere if new they was gonna be like this!

This is down to Apple not delivering enough of the IPhones, not EE’s fault if they do not have them or enough of them, this happens every year, patients is a virtue, you will get it once they have stock.
