Hi I upgraded my Apple Watch through EE and it will not let me connect the data plan. It keeps saying to set it up for a family member. Please can I have some help so it works please.

@kaythenurse  You’ll need to call customer services about this as the tariff you chose was not a personal tariff but a family member plan.  Ie you set the watch up so you can give it to someone to use as a stand alone device and it’s not linked to your iPhone phone number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
