Apple Watch Sim Free

Hi, I'm considering upgrading my Apple Watch and purchasing one from EE, I was looking at the Sim Free options as I have a full works plan so I do not need to take out an extra data plan when I've been told I can use my current one with no extra charge on my Watch. If I bought the Sim Free one, does that mean that the Watch does not have cellular capabilities? or would I have to purchase the one with a data plan and see if the plan can be removed but keep the watch?

@davidlehan1 , all watches bought from EE are cellular, there are none that do not have cellular and yes it should work, but yes, I believe you will have to purchase and then remove it, but speak to customer service and see what they advise.
