My Apple Watch is connected to my mobile but says no connection within the mobile data section on my watch. I’ve tried to restart both but still the same issue. Any ideas how to resolve as I’ve tried everything suggested?

Could you please explain what happens when you pair the phone and watch, are you seeing any error messages?

How long ago was it raised with the level 3 team @leeclear?

I know how eager you'll be to get things working, and I know it's not nice having to wait for our team to get in touch with further updates.
If a ticket has been raised for the error code, then our technical support area will be working in the background to get this resolved. I appreciate it's been a few days now, so I'd suggest giving us a call to see what stage things are at.
