Apple Watch No Connection error

My Apple Watch is connected to my mobile but says no connection within the mobile data section on my watch. I’ve tried to restart both but still the same issue. Any ideas how to resolve as I’ve tried everything suggested?

@A1mee  Have you turned off cellular on the watch ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I turned it off and on again to try to get it to connect but still says no connection even though it’s turned on with EE as my carrier

Unfortunately, it has never connected properly, only via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth with my phone.

I called EE when I first got my new watch and tried what they suggested but I didn’t hear back from them.

Same this is my second watch never worked never connected - very patient even buying a second watch - tried every possible solution including calling repeatedly and going into store - returning and buying direct from Apple - save your time and energy in future.

I'm sorry to hear this. Where did you purchase the Apple Watch? 

If you go into the settings > mobile service, on your Watch app, does this show anything in the Mobile plan section?

I have just purchased an I watch 10 and it will not connect to mobile ee , spoke with them set up a case file and no one has called me back thoroughly dissatisfied with there non response…
