AirPods Pro 3 order - Been over a week, any updates on delivery times?

Hey guys,

I ordered the AirPods Pro 3's a week ago now, and it said that it would take 1-3 business days. 

Obviously that's not the case. Can you please provide an update on the delivery estimations? If it's going to be like a month, I'd rather just cancel it and then go to the Apple Store directly.

Welcome to the community.

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on the AirPods Pro 3.

When I look online, it shows the current dispatch time within 21 days for orders placed today.

I ordered some myself on 16th September, and that gave me guidance of 14 days and I got them on the 25th so it may be sooner.

I could see the order in the EE app under Manage > Orders, and that timescale came down each day until I got an email saying they were dispatched.

It is worth getting the DPD app as @Schockwave have mentioned. When they are on the way, you'll get the notifications from them regarding delivery.

If you did want to discuss the order at all, it is best to speak to our customer service guides.

I would also like an update. I ordered them on the premise they would be 1-2 days. Still waiting and no update. I’ll get them elsewhere if needed.

Hello @acm-nyko , @tagmaster , we have no idea how long it will be before you get your devices, as all Apple devices are new and it depends how many EE have received from Apple and also they are sent out on a first come first serve basis. This is not customer service but a public forum which has no account access and we do not know who you are, so either you ring customer service by pressing option 2 which should get you to one of the guides or if one of the staff in the forum see this may be able to give you an update.

Please make sure that you have the DPD App with the same information as EE have, you will then get notification up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you give to the driver when your item arrives.
