i am having trouble accessing my mobile data even though I have 16gb remaining on my plan and good reception . Currently in Edinburgh. Can someone look into the asap or has any suggestions as to how to fix?

Are you able to make & receive calls OK? What's the exact issue you're having with mobile data - are we just talking slow speeds or something else?
