Been waiting since 31st October for a I phone 14pro max .. rang 150 to cancel yesterday as no one could say when it would arrive and was told it will be in store tomorrow for me and had been dispatched.. was dubious as not been updated on tracking but thought I should trust them .. what a surprise.. store had the delivery today and not there .. this is just not acceptable.obviously said this to stop me cancelling . surely you can’t get away with this !!
tried to ring 150 today but saying fault with the system please ring back !
anyone else had this ?
