@larryhansom1 If you are taking out a flex pay tariff the discount is only applicable to the tariff not the device. If you don’t want a flex pay tariff at present you have to call customer services so you can take out a tariff where the device and tariff are billed together.
It’s probably best to call customer services as no discount is forever and it could just be removed so you’ll need to ask if the discount is still applicable.
