unlocking a new Samsung A15 mobile phone

Hi, I recently bought a new Samsung A15 mobile phone from EE. As I was setting it up I must have pressed a wrong command and the phone has locked, saying I need a pin to get back in. I entered what I thought was the correct pin but still cannot open the phone. Any suggestions?

@George7491 : You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Home > Plans & Subs > Unlock your SIM / eSIM.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
