Hi @Genesis3030 I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to open up the app since you updated it, have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app?

Hi, yes done that several times and changed my password as advised by 2 EE agents who said it should be ok after 24 hrs, still not working.Sent from my Galaxy

No error message just says "we are having difficulty now try later or visit our webpage" Benn saying that since last week.Sent from my Galaxy
