Invoice number

I upgraded to Samsung S24 ultra with a claim for free Galaxy 7 watch.I cannot find the invoice number to claim Ive checked orders, but the phone is still in transit even though I've had it for a week.Any help appreciated

Resolved! My number has been spoofed

I have had quite a few calls from people saying they had a missed call from me but I never called them. Apparently this is a symptom of spoofing, so my number is being used by scammers to call people to con them. What can I do about this please?
