Cannot add watch sim due to what I assume is a log in issue.

Ive just had the new samsung 26ultra  , asked if they were doing offers with buds like o2 and said no offers available  and to go on shop and get them that way , yet had txt through today uograde to s26 and get buds for £1! Not amused
