Hi, recently started a new contract with EE as signal with another network was terrible. Received the phone and have done the usual backup to transfer everything from my old phone over to the new one and now the new one has stopped working. It struggles to switch on, maybe once in every 10 times it might get past the Sony logo without freezing. Can't even get it to boot up in safe mode as it freezes too soon for me to do anything

Hi,

No it's not working yet, I've been trying all weekend to get it to boot up but it freezes before the phone starts up.
