Blutooth issue Z-fold 3

My phone has stopped playing through blutooth when the screen is unfolded. It still plays when closed?

Anyone know how to fix it? Hardware or software issue?

Has this started happening since an update? 

Have you tried backing up all data and factory resetting the device?
