WiFi on my mobile works if I am at home but otherwise says not connected.  Not had this problem before.  How do I fix this please?  Mobile phone signal states good thank you for your help regards Leigh

What kind of phone are you using? Is 'Mobile Data' switched on in your phone settings?

What WiFi hotspots are you trying to connect to away from home? Is this like in cafes?
