When I send a text to one of my contacts I get a message 'Not delivered'.

Why do I get 'Not delivered' message when I text one of my contacts? This started a few days ago. I can text anyone else and I can receive texts from this contact but I can't reply.

Do you know if they're having problems receiving messages from other contacts, @KernowJac?

No they're not, it's just I can't text them

I'm unsure on whether this is a problem with you not being able to send a message to them or them being able to receive a message from you, @KernowJac.

I would recommend speaking with our technical support team so they can check everything from our side for you. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of the problem.
