With your EE Mobile voicemail the default divert will be set at 20 seconds of ringing before diverting the call to your voicemail. We only officially support this divert timeout, so it cannot be changed directly in your voicemail settings or EE account.
If your divert is currently shorter or longer than the 20 second default and you want it to be 20 seconds our team on 150 should be able to help reset it for you.
Some phones will allow you to change your divert timeout by entering a code into your phone. If you open up your phone and go to the keypad as if dialling a number for a call you would enter **61*07953222222**00# replacing the 00 on the end with your preferred time out.
So for example **61*07953222222**30# to set it to 30 seconds, which in most cases is the maximum, once you enter the code hit the call button to complete.
