I have a Galaxy A41 on a PAYG account.

I have just noticed voicemail has switched off and text VM ON doesn't work.

Any suggestions?

@WightMan75 Try texting VM OFF to 150 then restart the device then try VM ON to 150.

You could also try VOICEMAIL DIVERT ON to 150

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Thanks

I'll give that a try

Now this is curious!

VM off gets a positive response.

The two methods for switching voicemail on both get:

No joy with that.

Bring back CTRL-ALT-DEL! That always  worked. 🙈

In what way is your voicemail "switched off"?

Are you unable to gain access to it by calling 222 or speed-dial 1? Or are the auto-diverts on incoming calls not working?

Thanks for your advice.

When someone calls and the phone is not answered the incoming caller is told the recipient is unavaiable.

They are given no opportunity to leave a message.

I haven't tried 222 yet. I will.

222 gives me access to voicemail options.

What's next?

Calling 222 is the means to access your voicemail.

If the issue is with incoming calls not diverting, you should be able to set them manually via your phone's call divert settings - you're looking for the "divert when busy, unreachable or unanswered" option to set a divert to +447953222222
