I am currently in Egypt. I have paid for the roaming bundle specifically so I can pick up my voicemail. However, I can access my voicemail but cannot get passed the 1st message. The options do not work. Thisnis the same when contacting customer services. When trying to select an option nothing g happens, it's very frustrating
Any ideas please
